according to chinese:
1. 华佗加血的数值和智力没有一丁点关系，虽然华佗伯伯有高达103的初始智力~所以那些给华伯伯洗智力的先崩溃一下下，这个其实很容易测试，只要随便洗几十点智力就能得出结论。补充一点，个人估计智力可能会影响加血的成功率
Hua Tuo's units and INT wun affect heal at all. its easy to estimate just wash a few to his int u will notice it.

2. 影响华佗加血数值最大的不是策略攻击而是等级，这里的等级指的是所带兵的星级，而不是华佗本身的等级。50级兵即禁军前，每升一级兵华佗加血数量加2,也 就是说精锐10的华佗无科技无装备的支持加血数量仅为100加初始值；这里说明一下：华佗的加血初始值是40,1级华佗无科技装备支持加42血，是40的 初始值加2个新兵1的加成。华佗加血和将星等级有关，每提升一个将星等级多2点血。这里我们有个简单的测试数据：
what affect most to hua tuo heal is not Gears of War nor books, its his unit level. Every unit level hua tuo gain +2 heal. (so basically reincarnate HT as much as possible)

3. 科技和装备的影响，具体说就是策略攻击对华佗的加血的影响，这个很好测，点几下科技升几下书就能测出来。黄书强到100级花费880万，可加装备策略940。紫书强到100级花费1900 万，可加装备策略1357。终极紫书比终极黄书多加血量为（1357-940）/5=83.4 即便在八卦阵里面也就100多一百来个血，还不到加血量的10%，所以说华佗的书不需要很高，不必浪费银币非要强满紫书给华佗，性价比很低的。
Effect from research and books for hua tuo. a few click from GoW u will able to find out how much it add to HT heal. as for books, yellow book till ex10 need 8,800,000(chinese cost) wit 940dmg and purples book till ex10 need 19,000,000(chinese cost) wit 1357dmg. purple and yellow book different in heal: (1357-940)/5= 83.4. even in Eight Trigram only 100+ heal, not even 10%. So it not worth to give HT a purple books.
(personally, i think it will be quite a big different when u reach high lvl - bigger gap. but those are mainly for budget mage user)
