Version 160: out city buildings

level 101 (when out city opens):
Collection Field - out city main building
Camp - adds one worker every 5 levels
Jade Stash - adds storage for jade

level 110:
Shaft 1 - increase jade output of collection field

level 120:
Carpenter Office (priority) - reduces building CD of out city
Garrison Camp - increase the jades you can save when your jade mine is stolen (the English translation in game is incorrect)

level 130:
Refinement Workshop - refine needs workers and residual, this building is imporatant and works well when level up with camp.
Shaft 2 - increase jade output of collection field

level 140:
Manufacture palace(priority) - reduces the jade costs of out city building
Artisans Dwelling - reduces the CD of refinement

level 150:
??? - increase chance of critical collection from CF, important.
Shaft 3 - increase jade output of collection field

level 160:
??? - increase CF output by %, this is important, works well after the three shafts are level up.
??? - increase success rate of incision

*I don't know some of the buildings English names yet, sorry ^^!
*This is for version 160 only, in the later version of the game, some of the buildings change its function.
